The classes are small and will be modified for each person’s ability.

Fascial Fitness in Hammocks

I use hammocks to support you through movement.

 

The hammock can assist you or challenge you. 

We move slowly, bringing back the awareness with movement.

It improves flexibility, mobility, strength and balance.

You will train your whole body in every class.

 

I look holistically 

(considering all the parts of the body) at movement.
